Rules
- No use or possession of alcohol, drugs, or paraphernalia, or items that can be construed as a weapon.
- Violence either verbal or physical, is not permitted.
- No visitors allowed in rooms, who are not current community members.
- No visitors of the opposite sex allowed in rooms.
- Relationship among residents of a sexual nature are not permitted.
- Profane or indecent language is not permitted
- No smoking in meeting or sleeping rooms.
- Prompt attendance to all scheduled meetings is mandatory unless a staff member has issued a written excuse.
- Possession of obscene materials is not permitted.
- Prescribed medication must be taken under staff supervision.
- All residents must be in their rooms by 10:30PM curfew, 12:00AM weekend curfew is allowed after two week residency.
- Consideration of all members of the community, including staff, is expected.
- Each resident is responsible for personal cleanliness, adherent to community dress code, daily neatness and care of his living quarters.
- Residents are expected to contribute weekly time to maintenance of community facility.
- All financial responsibilities are due no later than 6:30PM Friday.
- Residents are expected to inform staff of any matters pertaining to personal or family relationships, employment, education, health, or legal affairs which may affect individuals recovery program.
- Residents may be asked to give a URINE sample or participate in a breathalyzer test. If the resident refuses, he will be dismissed immediately and will forfeit any and all money collected prior to that moment.
- If a resident is dismissed or leaves of his own accord, he is required to take all belongings with him. Any belongings left behind will be stored a the residents expense. A RESIDENT'S BELONGINGS WILL BE STORED FOR THREE (3) DAYS. AFTER THREE (3) DAYS, THE BELONGINGS WILL BE DISPOSED OF.
- Residents are expected to pay the entrance fee of $1000.00 upon admission. The amount covers the following: $190.00 first week, $190.00 last week; and the balance for random urine test, and administrative costs.
- If a resident is dismissed for breach of the above rules; or leaves for any other reason before completion of this six (6) month program, he will forfeit (at the time of departure) fees given to The Mission ; will also forfeit time accumulated in the program.
- Dismissed resident must wait A minimum of five (5) days before applying for re-entry to the program. He will be required to pay a new entry fee as outline in item #19.
- A fee of $40.00 dollars will be charged for bad checks. Resident will have three (3) days to pay The Mission.
- NO cellphones OR beepers allowed in meetings. It is strongly recommended to leave these items in rooms.
